Quick Guide to Upgrading a Zuma 50 with a 70cc Big Bore Kit
Search the internet and you’ll find no shortage of posts from people saying how easy it is to replace the Zuma’s stock 50cc cylinder. Just buy the kit, bolt it on, and go.
And in fact it isn’t all that complicated – the actual top end replacement involves just four nuts, two circlips, and two bolts holding on the exhaust. But there a few things to know and/or avoid if you haven’t done this before, especially if you don’t have experience working on engines. Furthermore, there are some other minor changes and tweaks you must make at the same time you put on the bigger top end, because the stock bike is set up to work with a less powerful top end that makes its maximum power at different RPMs.
That’s is why it’s a good idea to buy from a vendor who knows the Zuma and can make sure you get the right parts for a reliable upgrade, and also who’ll provide tech support if you have questions or run into problems.
Polini EVO Clutch Bell Review

Ive been looking at this clutch bell for a while, I love intergrated cooling fins. I figure the more cooling you can have the better. Also looks to have less metal more open to allow air into the clutch/contra spring area.
So far I have used 3 clutch bells for my 125. Ive found weight plays a role on my machine especially stock engine. Ive currently been using the RRGS bell because its lighter then stock, and has traction lines for the pads to grip better I guess. Could never say it acted better then the stock bell but I had saw a notice because of the lighter weight. It looks identical to stock, and I guess it would also cool like stock.

So this new bell weighs 64.4 grams less then the stock. Has more metal taken away for a nicer lighter look. Also milled in heat sink fins on the outer ring of the bell.
Ive also taken a video of my stock, rrgs and the evo bell to show how balanced they are. The stock is very wobbly but I believe its the welded outer heat shield thing. The rrgs is very well balanced. The evo is very smooth spinning, looks perfect.
Where to purchase
I only found it on spi-parts website, looked around some online for it trying to compare prices but never found it, did not look on e bay though. It was about 3x more then my RRGS bell. But since they are located in my state shipping only took 2 days, so sometimes its worth it to me to pay more and get it quickly, and thats with free shipping too! Polini EVO Clutch Bell
This is just my first impressions of the bell. I will try to get some runs on it today, this week. Right now im very sick so I will try my best.
