We value your privacy as much as you do. This is why we will not sell or rent any customer information to any other company or business.
We gather two types of information about you. The first is the same information that most web sites gather when you visit, it is the information about what link you used to get to our site, search engine or banner ad. Also your IP address and the browser you are using. The second type of information is the information that you provide while requesting a catalog, placing an order or filling out a profile. All information collected is used to better serve Spi-Parts customers and process orders.

Security

When you submit an order from your computer, it is encrypted so that no one else can read the private information. The information is then decoded when it enters our server keeping your information safe.
You can tell you are using a secure page by the unbroken key or closed lock, depending on your browser, at the lower left hand corner of your browser window Also when you enter a secure page the site address will change from "http://" to "https://".

Terms

All orders are shipped pre-paid with a valid credit card. Wire transfer is also accepted. Wire fees will be added to your invoice. Customers are not charged for items until they are shipped. If items are backordered, those items won’t be charged until which time they ship.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $99 to 48 states. All orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $9.95.

Shipping Restrictions

1. Any free freight offers are for the continental US and are shipped ground.
2. Heavy, oversized items such as, but not limited to, tires etc. placed in an order will disqualify the order for free 1-4 day shipping. For an additional cost, you may choose to have these items shipped using 1,2 or 3 day shipping.
3. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will usually ship the following business day*.
*”Business Day” means Monday thru Friday except the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day.
4. Free shipping offer can end at any time.

Shipping Damage

We must be notified within 36 hours of your receipt of a shipment if package/product is damaged in order to be eligible to file a claim with the carrier.

Drop Ship Policy

Drop Shipping is available through Spi-Parts.com at no additional cost to the dealer. Invoices are emailed to the dealer and no invoice will be sent to the customer. It is Dealers responsibility to then invoice their customer.

Delivery time

Though Spi-Parts.com can estimate shipping dates, Spi-Parts.com cannot guarantee delivery dates for any delivery once it’s in the hands of the carrier.

Pricing

Our website reflects the most current pricing available in our database. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices caused by increased sourcing costs and/or mismarked items. No refunds or credits will be issued due to a change. Know that pricing on Spi-Parts.com is connected to the EURO and prices fluctuate daily accordingly.

Backorders

Spi-Parts.com DOES carry backorders. We ship everything in your order that is currently in stock. If items are out of stock, they are backordered. They will remain on backorder until the items arrives. When the item becomes available they will automatically ship. If you don’t wish you keep an item on backorder, it is your responsibility to call us and have the item removed from backorder status.

Returns

1. Please call to get prior authorization before returning any item.
2. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee that a credit will be issued, or that an exchange will be made.
3. “Close Out”, “Discontinued” or “Special Order” items may not be returned.
4. Returns must be made within 15 days from the invoice date.
5. We must be notified within 36 hours of your receipt of a shipment if package is damaged in order to be eligible for a credit from UPS.
6. To be eligible for a credit, all returned products must be in new condition in original packaging. Please do not write on the packaging.
7. All items must be sent back postage prepaid. No COD’s will be accepted.
8. Returns that are not defective are subject to a 20% restock charge.
9. Please allow 5-7 work days after your return has been received at our office for a credit to be issued. Any items purchased more than 15 days from the invoice date are not eligible for return.

Return exclusions

1. Exceeding the warranty period of 15 days.
2. Owner fails to use and maintain parts as stated in the literature.
3. Parts or accessories affected or damaged by improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft, fire accident and/or collision or consequential damage or storage.
4. Use of unsuitable attachment or parts, or the unauthorized alteration of any part.
5. Not proper application.
6. “Close Out”, “Discontinued” or “Special Order” items may not be returned.

Warranty

Spi-Parts will stand behind all products sold with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Most products are limited to manufacturer’s warranty. However, we will do everything in our power to take care of the problem.

Special Orders

Once a special order has been placed, this order cannot be cancelled and/or returned.

Prospective Dealer

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Spi-Parts.com Dealer. Only Credit card terms are being issued at this time. Wire transfer is also available upon request. Call for details.
When signing up to become a dealer on Spi-Parts.com we require:

• Resale License or Certificate number
• Billing/shipping address
• Contact info
• You will need to call when you are in front of your computer and you’ll be assigned a password that will reflect dealer pricing.
• No minimums required.
