Malossi MHR Delta Clutch

On the track the Delta Clutch has allowed the Malossi team mechanics to rapidly and accurately adjust automatic scooter clutches, depending on the track type and engine tuning. The superior operation of the Delta Clutch is fundamental in having good acceleration from a stand still and out of turns. The three shoe design gives the Delta Clutch better grip over inferior two shoe designs (especially stock) and is essential to getting off the line as fast as possible. The excellent gripping power the Delta Clutch offers makes it a perfect companion to harness the power of a Stage Two equipped scooter. The advantages offered by the Delta Clutch compared with standard ones are huge, even for lightly moded scooters. This amazing product allows for sophisticated tune-ups for a wide range of engine revs, with as many as 36 settings. The Delta Clutch comes equipped with a sport set-up, however, coupled with a range of optional accessories it can be adjusted for a wide range of uses. The Delta Clutch is adaptable for competition, city and sporting use. To make this possible Malossi offers two addition spring sets, for road and race use. In addition to the Delta Clutch, for any performance enhanced scooter, we recommend the Malossi Wing Clutch Bell for improved heat dispersion. After fitting, each clutch assembly is balanced on a special computer managed machine, to values within 3/10 of a gram. The Delta Clutch comes assembled and set for road and sporting use, with three white small springs with 1.6mm diameter wire. The clutch assemblies were designed by Malossi, who is in direct control of production, and materials guaranteeing the highest product quality. Note: With some scooter you may need to upgrade your clutch bell to one that can accomidate the 107mm Delta Clutch.
