07 polini x3 50.. Washed and now wont start

Man I just purchased a 07 polini for my son.. Ive raced all my life and im pretty polished when it comes to wrenching on bikes.. First off the guy that I bought the bike from was mixing the ration 60.1 I wanted to run 40.1 so I drained the gas and washed the bike up and put the tank back on an replaced with the proper fuel ratio and now the thing wont start.. I see that the spark plug is firing by the old placing the plug on the head trick.. I went and purchased a new spark plug and still nothing.. I removed the carb and cleaned and still nothing.. Im stuck scratching my head.. never had this problem before with the big bikes .. NEED SOME POiNTERS PLEASE

What are the main and Pilot jet sizes? You might try and put these questions on the Polinitalkusa.com site... That away the polini dads can help you out.

Did you get the filter wet and draw water into the carb by chance? is the plug wet after kicking a few times...Is it water or fuel?
